Masters Hall of Fame
Honoring Excellence. Celebrating Longevity.

This honor is a division-specific recognition program celebrating excellence and a sustained commitment to the sport of weightlifting. It exists alongside the USA Weightlifting Hall of Fame, which recognizes lifetime impact and achievement across the broader sport.

The Masters Hall of Fame was designed to recognize sustained excellence within competitions that are broadly accessible to USAW members as part of USAW’s national events calendar. At the same time, it expands recognition to age-based achievement at senior elite events, including international teams and USA Weightlifting’s Senior Nationals.
USA Weightlifting Masters Nationals and other designated USAW events consistently attract large, competitive fields and are economically accessible to a broad segment of Masters athletes. This ensures that qualification standards are based on performance within widely attended competitions rather than international travel capacity.
USA Weightlifting will periodically review the event list as the global Masters landscape evolves.
