This initiative offers various educational and developmental opportunities in and out of competition to grow the knowledge and network of new and developing coaches. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive community that fosters professional growth through diverse educational experiences, targeted partnerships and various support services. Our mission is to cultivate a new generation of confident, skilled, and passionate women coaches who will inspire and elevate their athletes and communities.

Competition Shadowing Experience
During Nationals Week 2025 the Women's Coaching Collective provided networking & social opportunities during the course of the competition week for women coaches to connect about all things coaching: athlete development, business management and competition experience. The Competition Shadowing Experience connected developing coaches with seniors & international coaches during a competition session. The Women's Coaching Collective will continue to provide events and opportunities at future national competitions for women coaches to gain game-day experience.
If you'd like to stay in the loop about opportunities at future national competitions fill out the WCC Interest Form.

Next year will be my 30th year in USA Weightlifting and we've never had anything like the Women's Coaching Collective. It's a great opportunity for coaches to make new friends, network and learn from each other. I'm looking forward to the next Social event and morning coffee sessions that are nice breaks from the pressures of competition!
