USA Weightlifting, the national governing body for the sport of weightlifting, announces today a new partnership with WODProof as its Official Mobility and Online Event Partner.

The WODProof app will be used in conjunction with USA Weightlifting monthly qualifiers as well as its online athlete recruitment events. The app, available on google play and the app store will provide our members with an intuitive and streamlined experience when participating in our virtual competitions and challenges.

WODProof Bionic is using AI technology to provide users with real-time feedback to help improve their mobility and performance through a series of seven assessments. These assessments will ensure that each custom plan has been created with your specific needs in mind in order to reduce the risk of injuries, to aid in recovery, and to help perfect weightlifting technique.
